Customer can return his/her received good within three days after receiving. For returning any goods he/she can go in three ways:

  1. Replacement with other product: Customer can change his/her received product with any other product of based on availability of his/her desired goods. In this case, he/she has pay additional amount (if any) and return-deliver fee.
  2.  Keeping Your Credit on your account for future purchase: Customer can cancel his/her order and he/she can keep his/her paid amount on his/her account for future purchase.
  3. Refunding Amount: Within 3 days customer can return his/her goods and can get refund his/her paid amount after deduction of delivery-return fee and credit/debit card transaction fee     will accept your retuned product if these are not:

  1. Damaged within three days due to missuses.
  2. Already consumed from any consumable item.
  3. Products with tampered or missing serial/label/sticker.
  4. Opened Innerwear, lingerie, socks and clothing freebies
  5. Any damage / defect which are not covered under the manufacturer's warranty 6.     Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the box, manufacturer's packaging if any, and all other items originally included with the product(s) delivered
